Great but the info disappears

I loved the ability to create activities, the ease with which to start and end them, the ability to edit when I forgot to start or end them, and the reports, especially the custom dates reports. It was great for tallying hours spent in projects at work and for seeing where my time was going at home. But then I had an issue with my phone, had to uninstall and reinstall all my apps. All the ATracker tracking and categories disappeared. Really bad for my work projects. It needs to be backed up in the cloud. If it werent so great otherwise, I would have given it one star. Ive stopped using it since.
